- Act as a trusted finance partner to founders, CEOs, and leadership teams.
- Lead strategic planning, scenario analysis, annual budgeting, and rolling forecast decisions.
- Strengthen cash, runway, margin, growth-efficiency, and capital-allocation discipline.
- Guide fundraising preparation, investor communication, lender reporting, and financial due diligence.
- Build board-ready reporting that connects financial results with the operating story.
- Coach internal finance teams and improve processes, controls, ownership, and execution standards.
Your Experience
What you'll bring
- Senior finance leadership experience in SaaS, technology, or another recurring-revenue business.
- A record of supporting fundraising, board reporting, strategic planning, or transaction readiness.
- Commercial judgment across pricing, unit economics, cash planning, and growth investment.
- A collaborative style that combines clear advice with hands-on follow-through.
